Caramel Hazelnut Puff

Caramel hazelnut. We fill the crispy giant puff with hazelnut cream based on milk chocolate, hazelnut paste, and custard with whipped cream. We add a center of chocolate caramel with hazelnut and crunchy royal-tin wafer flakes. The cap is dipped in Belgian milk chocolate coating and sprinkled with caramelized hazelnuts.
