An order is considered confirmed after it is placed on the website and delivery details are agreed upon. We may contact you to clarify the address, time, or order contents.

If there is no elevator, delivery is made up to the 5th floor unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery may be carried out by partner services. In that case, responsibility for physical transportation is limited to the partners’ terms.
