A cake whose recipe we worked on for 2.5 years. We experimented with textures, added more and more each time, and then even more egg yolks to reach the dream flavor! A thin, delicate chocolate sponge layer soaked in cocoa. A tender egg-yolk mousse that takes you back to childhood from the first spoon, and a generous layer of Belgian milk-chocolate fondant… mmm! It’s impossible to stop!
